Instructions

- Roll out dough on a floured surface to about ¼ inch thick and press into a tart pan.
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Blind-bake crust with parchment and weights for 15 minutes; remove weights and bake for an additional 10 minutes until golden.
- Combine fruit, sugar, and cornstarch in a saucepan over medium heat; cook until bubbly (about 5 minutes). Pour filling into the crust.
- Bake the filled tart at 350°F (175°C) for another 20-25 minutes until bubbling. Cool completely before serving.
