- 2 tsp garlic powder

Instructions
- Wash and chop the bell peppers, onion, and zucchini into bite-sized pieces.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and lemon juice. Add chicken cubes and marinate for at least 10 minutes.
- Thread the marinated chicken and vegetables alternately onto skewers.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat (400Β°F). If using wooden skewers, soak them in water.
- Grill skewers for about 10-12 minutes, turning halfway through until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165Β°F.
