  • 56 dried guajillo chiles
  • 45 garlic cloves
  • 1 medium onion
  • Ground cumin
  • Fresh corn tortillas
  • Fresh cilantro and diced onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Prepare the broth by boiling guajillo chiles until softened.
  2. Blend softened chiles with garlic, onion, cumin, salt, and some broth until smooth.
  3. Sear beef chuck roast until browned.
