Description

Cajun Shrimp and Steak Alfredo Pasta is a creamy, spicy dish featuring succulent shrimp and tender steak, perfect for impressing guests or indulging yourself on a cozy night in.

Ingredients

  • Raw shrimp (peeled and deveined)
  • Sirloin or ribeye steak
  • Fettuccine or linguine pasta
  • Cajun seasoning
  • Heavy cream
  • Garlic (minced)
  • Parmesan cheese (grated)
  • Olive oil
  • Butter
  • Fresh parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook the fettuccine or linguine in salted boiling water until al dente, about 8-10 minutes, then drain.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the seasoned steak for 4-5 minutes per side until desired doneness. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, sauté shrimp sprinkled with Cajun seasoning until pink, about 3-4 minutes. Remove shrimp.
  4. Lower the heat and add minced garlic to the skillet; sauté briefly before pouring in heavy cream while stirring.
  5. Stir in grated Parmesan cheese until melted. Adjust seasoning if needed.
  6. Combine cooked pasta, seared steak, and shrimp into the sauce, tossing well to coat. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
