  • 8 cups low-sodium chicken broth
  • 2 cups egg noodles
  • 1 tsp fresh thyme leaves
  • 1 bay leaf

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. SautΓ© onions, carrots, and celery until softened (about 5 minutes).
