Instructions
- Season chicken breasts with cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook in a skillet over medium heat for about 6-7 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through.
- While the chicken cooks, chop avocados and cilantro in a bowl. Add lime juice and salt to taste.
- Remove the chicken from the skillet, let it rest for a few minutes, then shred it using two forks.
- Assemble your burrito by laying out a tortilla and layering shredded chicken, black beans, avocado mixture, cheese, and sour cream down the center.
- Roll the burrito tightly from one end to another. Optionally sear in a skillet until crispy on both sides.
