Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
- Sauté chopped onions and minced garlic in a skillet over medium heat until soft.
- Add cubed chicken, salt, pepper, and thyme; cook until chicken is white on all sides (5-7 minutes).
- Stir in cream of chicken soup and milk until combined. Mix in frozen vegetables if desired.
- Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish.
- Prepare biscuit mix according to package instructions and dollop over the chicken mixture.
- Bake uncovered for 30-35 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown.
