Ingredients

- 2 ripe avocados
- 1 cup sweet corn (fresh or thawed)

- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- ½ cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
- Marinate the shrimp by mixing olive oil, lime juice, cumin, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Add shrimp and let marinate for 20-30 minutes.
- Prepare corn salsa by mixing diced avocado, sweet corn, cilantro, lime juice, salt, and pepper in another bowl. Stir gently.
