- Assorted bell peppers
- Pineapple chunks
- Fresh garlic

- Brown sugar

Instructions
- Chop chicken into bite-sized pieces.
- In a skillet over medium heat, sauté the chicken in oil until golden (6-8 minutes). Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, sauté diced bell peppers and minced garlic for about 3 minutes.
- In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, brown sugar, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and cornstarch mixed with water.
- Return chicken to the skillet, add pineapple chunks, and pour in the sauce mixture. Simmer on low until thickened (about 5 minutes).
- Serve over rice or noodles.
