  • Assorted bell peppers
  • Pineapple chunks

Instructions

  1. Chop chicken into bite-sized pieces.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, sauté the chicken in oil until golden (6-8 minutes). Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, sauté diced bell peppers and minced garlic for about 3 minutes.
  4. In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, brown sugar, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and cornstarch mixed with water.
  5. Return chicken to the skillet, add pineapple chunks, and pour in the sauce mixture. Simmer on low until thickened (about 5 minutes).
