  • 1 cup shredded cheese (mozzarella or cheddar)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Slice off the tops of the bell peppers and remove the seeds.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté the chopped onion until translucent. Add minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.
  3. Mix in the cooked rice and your choice of ground meat or vegetarian alternative. Stir in spices until well combined.
