Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup bell peppers (chopped)
  • 1/2 cup fresh spinach (washed and dried)
  • 1/4 cup onion (chopped)
  • 1/4 cup cheese (cheddar or feta)

  5. When most of the egg is set but slightly runny on top, sprinkle cheese over one half of the omelet.
