- 1 liter full-fat milk
- 150g sugar (adjust to taste)
- 4 tablespoons ghee (clarified butter)
- 0.5 teaspoon cardamom powder

Instructions
- Grate the fresh carrots and set them aside.
- In a wide pan, melt ghee over medium heat. SautΓ© the grated carrots for about 8 minutes until softened.
- Pour in the milk and let it simmer on low heat, stirring occasionally, until reduced by half.
- Stir in sugar and cardamom powder, cooking for an additional 10-15 minutes until well combined.
- Fold in chopped nuts and optional raisins; cook for a few more minutes until aromatic.
