  • 4 cups Fresh Broccoli Florets
  • 1/2 cup Low-Sodium Soy Sauce
  • 1/4 cup Brown Sugar
  • 3 Garlic Cloves, minced
  • 1-inch Ginger Root, grated
  • 1 cup Beef Broth
  • 2 tbsp Cornstarch
  • Sesame Seeds (optional)

Instructions

  1. Slice the beef against the grain into thin strips.
  2. In the crockpot, mix soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, and beef broth until combined.
  3. Add sliced beef to the mixture, ensuring it's well coated.
  4. Place broccoli florets on top of the beef.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  6. Once cooked, mix cornstarch with a little water until smooth and stir it into the crockpot until thickened (about 15 minutes on high).
