- 2 tbsp Cornstarch

Instructions
- Slice the beef against the grain into thin strips.
- In the crockpot, mix soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, and beef broth until combined.
- Add sliced beef to the mixture, ensuring it's well coated.
