Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Rinse and coarsely chop the spinach.
  3. In a skillet, heat olive oil, sauté minced garlic until fragrant, then add chopped spinach until wilted (about 3-5 minutes).
