Instructions
- Boil the eggs by placing them in a saucepan covered with cold water. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat, then cover and remove from heat. Let sit for 12 minutes.
- Cool the eggs in an ice bath or under cold running water until completely chilled.
- Peel the eggs under running water for easier shell removal. Slice in half lengthwise and place yolks in a bowl.
- In the bowl with yolks, mix mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, white vinegar, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Fill each egg white half with the yolk mixture using a spoon or piping bag.
- Sprinkle paprika on top for garnish and serve chilled.
