  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise

  • 1 tsp white vinegar

Instructions

  1. Boil the eggs by placing them in a saucepan covered with cold water. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat, then cover and remove from heat. Let sit for 12 minutes.
  2. Cool the eggs in an ice bath or under cold running water until completely chilled.
  3. Peel the eggs under running water for easier shell removal. Slice in half lengthwise and place yolks in a bowl.
  4. In the bowl with yolks, mix mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, white vinegar, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  5. Fill each egg white half with the yolk mixture using a spoon or piping bag.
  6. Sprinkle paprika on top for garnish and serve chilled.
