  • 2 cups chicken broth or water

Instructions

  1. Trim excess fat from the lamb and cut it into bite-sized pieces.
  2. In a large pot over medium heat, add oil and sear the lamb pieces until browned on all sides (about 5-7 minutes). Remove from pot.
