- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C).
- Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter until combined. Press into the bottom of a springform pan and bake for about 10 minutes until golden brown.
- In a mixing bowl, beat softened cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing gently after each addition.
- Pour cheesecake filling over cooled crust and bake for 50-60 minutes until edges are set but the center is slightly jiggly.
- Turn off the oven and crack open the door; let the cheesecake cool for an hour.
- Once cooled, top with crushed honeycomb and drizzle with honey. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.
