Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mix melted butter, granulated sugar, cocoa powder, eggs, and vanilla until smooth.
  3. Gently fold in semi-sweet chocolate chips.
