- 9 no-boil lasagna noodles
- 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
- 1 cup cremini mushrooms, sliced
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 15 oz whole milk ricotta cheese
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sauté minced garlic until fragrant, then add sliced mushrooms and chopped spinach. Cook for about 5 minutes until wilted.
- In a bowl, blend softened cream cheese, ricotta cheese, half of the mozzarella cheese, salt, and pepper until smooth.
