  • 4 garlic cloves, whole

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Place halved tomatoes cut-side up on the baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil, season with salt and pepper, and add whole garlic cloves. Roast for 25-30 minutes until caramelized.
