Ingredients
- Ladyfingers
 - Mascarpone cheese

Instructions
- Brew strong espresso and let it cool slightly. Mix in sugar until dissolved.
 - In a bowl, whip together mascarpone cheese, egg yolks, and sugar until smooth and fluffy.
 - Gently fold in whipped egg whites to the mascarpone mixture until combined.
 - Quickly dip ladyfingers in the coffee mixture and layer them in a serving dish.
 - Spread half of the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers, then repeat with another layer of dipped ladyfingers followed by the remaining mascarpone mixture.
 - Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight.
 - Before serving, sprinkle cocoa powder on top.
