  • 1 lb ground beef (80/20 blend)
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs (plain or Italian-seasoned)
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce (your choice)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, eggs, soy sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and half of the BBQ sauce. Mix well with your hands.
  3. Form the mixture into golf ball-sized meatballs and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes until cooked through (internal temperature of at least 165°F/74°C).
  5. Brush the remaining BBQ sauce over the meatballs and return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes.
  6. Serve hot on a platter with toothpicks for easy enjoyment.
