- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 cup BBQ sauce (your choice)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, eggs, soy sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and half of the BBQ sauce. Mix well with your hands.
- Form the mixture into golf ball-sized meatballs and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until cooked through (internal temperature of at least 165°F/74°C).
- Brush the remaining BBQ sauce over the meatballs and return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes.
- Serve hot on a platter with toothpicks for easy enjoyment.
