  • 3 dried ancho chiles
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 2 tsp cumin
  • 2 tsp oregano
  • 8 corn tortillas
  • 1 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 cup onion, diced
  • 2 limes, cut into wedges

Instructions

  1. Prepare the chiles: Remove stems and seeds from guajillo and ancho chiles, then soak in hot water for about 15 minutes.
