Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C) and line a muffin tin with liners.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt until combined.
  3. In another bowl, beat eggs and mix in melted butter and milk. Pour into dry ingredients and fold gently until just mixed.
  4. Carefully fold in the blueberries.
  5. Fill muffin cups three-quarters full and bake for 18-20 minutes until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
  6. Cool in the pan for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
