  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ΒΌ cup fresh parsley, finely chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined.
  3. Roll the mixture into 1-inch meatballs and place them on a baking sheet.
