Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Dry chicken breasts with paper towels; season with salt and pepper.
  2. Set up a breading station with three bowls: one for flour, one for beaten eggs, and one for breadcrumbs mixed with minced garlic.
