- 4. Cook chicken: Add marinated chicken to the skillet with any remaining marinade. Cook until no longer pink (about 10 minutes), stirring occasionally.
- 5. Finish sauce: Reduce heat and stir in coconut milk or heavy cream; simmer for another 5 minutes.
