- 5. Roll & Fill: Punch down dough and roll on floured surface into a rectangle (½ inch thick). Spread softened butter and sprinkle with cinnamon-sugar mixture.
- 6. Shape Rolls: Roll tightly from one end to another; slice into 12 equal pieces. Place on greased baking sheet and let rise for another 30 minutes.
