Instructions

  1. Prepare Dough: In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, instant yeast, and salt. Warm milk slightly and stir in melted butter. Combine wet and dry ingredients to form a soft dough.
  2. Knead: Transfer dough to a floured surface and knead for about 5 minutes until smooth.
  3. Let Rise: Place dough in a greased bowl and cover it. Let it rise in a warm spot until doubled in size (about 1 hour).
  4. Roll Out: Punch down the dough and roll it into a rectangle on a floured surface. Spread melted butter and sprinkle with cinnamon-sugar mixture.
  5. Form Rolls: Roll tightly into a log shape and cut into equal pieces (about 1 inch thick). Place cut-side up in a greased baking dish.
  6. Bake & Frost: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Allow rolls to rise again for about 30 minutes before baking for 25–30 minutes until golden brown. Mix powdered sugar with milk for frosting.
