Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In one bowl, mix panko, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. In another bowl, whisk the eggs.
  3. Cut chicken into tenders and dip each piece in egg wash, then coat in breadcrumb mixture.
