Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cups fresh baby spinach
  • 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes (oil-packed)
  • 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  4. Add fresh spinach and sun-dried tomatoes to the bubbling sauce; cook until spinach wilts (about 2 minutes). Season with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  5. Return seared salmon to skillet, spooning sauce over each fillet. Serve immediately or transfer to plates with extra sauce drizzled on top.
