Instructions

  1. Rinse the shrimp under cool water and pat dry with paper towels.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter until bubbly. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Add the shrimp to the skillet in a single layer. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until pink and opaque. Remove from the pan and set aside.
