- 3. Pour in heavy cream while scraping any bits from the bottom of the pan. Let simmer for 3-4 minutes until slightly thickened.
- 4. Stir in spinach until wilted, then mix in Parmesan cheese until creamy.
- 5. Slice cooked chicken and toss with the sauce and freshly cooked pasta. Serve warm.
