Ingredients

Scale
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp white vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Boil the eggs by placing them in a pot covered with cold water. Bring to a rolling boil over medium heat, then cover and let sit for 12 minutes.
  2. Transfer the eggs to an ice bath for about 10 minutes to cool and make peeling easier.
  3. Once cooled, gently crack and peel the shells under running water if needed.
  4. Slice each egg in half lengthwise and scoop the yolks into a mixing bowl.
  5. Mix yolks with mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, vinegar, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  6. Fill each egg white with the yolk mixture using a spoon or piping bag.
  7. Sprinkle paprika on top for garnish.
