Instructions

  2. In a medium saucepan over low heat, melt the sweetened condensed milk, chocolate chips, and butter until smooth, stirring continuously (about 5 minutes).
  3. Remove from heat and fold in mini marshmallows and nuts if desired.
  4. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly. Let it cool at room temperature for about an hour.
