  • 1 can (13.8 oz) refrigerated pizza dough
  • 1 cup shredded parmesan cheese
  • 3 cloves minced garlic
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Drain excess fat and stir in garlic, onion powder, oregano, salt, and pepper. Remove from heat and mix in parmesan cheese.
  3. Roll out the pizza dough on a clean surface and cut it into squares (4 inches wide).
  4. Spoon about 2 tablespoons of the beef mixture onto each square. Fold corners over and pinch to seal.
  5. Place bombs seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
