Instructions
- Combine ground beef, onion, garlic, parsley, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Mix thoroughly.
- With wet hands, shape the mixture onto skewers into sausage-like shapes (6-8 kebabs per pound).
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat (400Β°F). Grill kebabs for 4-5 minutes on each side until browned.
- For tzatziki, mix Greek yogurt with grated cucumber, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
