  • 1 small Onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 cup Cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • Lettuce
  • Tomato
  • Pickles

Instructions

  1. Gather all ingredients and preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, chopped onion, minced garlic, salt, pepper, cumin, and paprika. Mix until well combined.
  3. Divide the mixture into six equal portions and shape each into a patty.
  4. Place cheese in the center of half the patties and top them with another patty; seal the edges tightly.
  5. Grill the stuffed burgers for about 6 minutes on each side or until they reach an internal temperature of at least 160°F (71°C).
  6. Remove from heat and let rest for a couple of minutes before serving with your favorite toppings.
