- 1/2 cup chocolate hazelnut spread
- 1 cup thin wafer cookies, crushed
- 8 oz dark chocolate (70% cocoa), chopped
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
Instructions
- Grind roasted hazelnuts in a food processor until finely ground but slightly chunky. Mix with chocolate hazelnut spread and crushed wafer cookies until well combined.
- Form the mixture into one-inch balls and place them on a parchment-lined tray. Freeze for 30 minutes to firm up.
- Melt dark chocolate and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring until smooth.
- Dip each frozen ball into the melted chocolate, letting excess drip off before placing them back on the tray.
- Sprinkle crushed hazelnuts on top while the chocolate is still wet and allow to set at room temperature or refrigerate until hardened.
