- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp gelatin powder
Instructions
- Combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar in a bowl. Press into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust.
- In a large bowl, beat softened cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Mix in sour cream until fully incorporated.
- Fold in orange juice, zest, and vanilla extract for added flavor.
- Whip the heavy cream in another bowl until soft peaks form. Gently fold into the cheesecake mixture.
- Dissolve gelatin in cold water as per package instructions and mix into the batter.
- Pour half of the cheesecake mixture over the crust, then add dollops of remaining batter mixed with extra orange zest on top. Swirl gently with a skewer.
- Refrigerate for at least four hours or overnight until set.
