Ingredients
- 3–4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (1 lb)
- 2 tbsp olive oil

- 8 oz short pasta (penne or rotini)
- 4 cups low-sodium chicken broth
- 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
- 2 tsp Italian herbs (basil, oregano, thyme)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
