  • Zest of 1 orange
  • 1/4 cup fresh orange juice
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C) and line an 8Γ—8 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a saucepan over low heat, melt the butter. Stir in granulated and brown sugars until combined.
  3. Remove from heat; allow to cool slightly before whisking in eggs one at a time. Add orange zest and juice.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out with moist crumbs.
