- 8 oz fettuccine or penne pasta

- 2 cups fresh spinach (optional)
- 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth

Instructions
- Chop chicken into bite-sized pieces and mince garlic.
- Boil salted water in a large pot; add pasta and cook until al dente (8-10 minutes). Drain and set aside.

- Sauté garlic in the same skillet for about 30 seconds; add spinach if using until wilted. Stir in heavy cream and chicken broth; simmer while scraping the skillet for flavor.
- Return chicken to the skillet along with drained pasta. Toss everything together until coated with the sauce; sprinkle with parmesan before serving.
