  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Slice zucchinis in half lengthwise and scoop out the flesh to create boats.
  3. In a skillet over medium heat, sauté onion until translucent. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
  4. Add ground meat to the skillet; cook until browned. Stir in tomato sauce and Italian seasoning; simmer for 5 minutes.
  5. Fill each zucchini half with the meat mixture and top with shredded mozzarella.
  6. Place stuffed zucchinis on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 25-30 minutes until tender and cheese is bubbly.
