  • 24 ladyfingers or graham crackers

Instructions

  1. Gently rinse all berries under cool water and pat dry. Slice strawberries into halves or quarters.
  2. In a large bowl, beat heavy whipping cream with sugar until soft peaks form. Mix in lemon zest and vanilla extract.
  3. In a serving dish or rectangular pan, spread a layer of whipped cream. Top with ladyfingers or graham crackers and a layer of mixed berries.
  4. Repeat layering whipped cream, ladyfingers or crackers, and berries until all ingredients are used.
  5. Finish with whipped cream on top, adorned with remaining berries.
