Ingredients

  • 34 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 packet ranch dressing mix
  • 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup bacon bits
  • 3 green onions, chopped
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • Hot sauce to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the chicken in a large skillet over medium heat until no longer pink, about 6-7 minutes per side. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Shred the chicken in the skillet using two forks.
  3. Add cream cheese, ranch dressing mix, cheddar cheese, sour cream, and hot sauce. Stir until well combined.
  4. Mix in bacon bits and half of the green onions until blended.
  5. Heat on low-medium for 5-10 minutes until bubbling.
  6. Transfer to a serving bowl and garnish with remaining green onions. Serve with tortilla chips or veggies.
