Description

Mango Lassi is a creamy and refreshing yogurt-based drink blended with ripe mangoes, perfect for cooling off on hot days or enhancing your meals with tropical flavor.


Ingredients

  • 2 ripe mangoes
  • 1 cup plain yogurt (or Greek yogurt)
  • Β½ cup milk (whole or almond)
  • 1–2 tablespoons honey or sugar
  • ΒΌ teaspoon cardamom powder
  • 3–4 ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Peel and chop the mangoes into small chunks.
  2. In a blender, combine the chopped mangoes, yogurt, and milk. Blend until smooth.
  3. Add honey or sugar to taste and sprinkle in cardamom powder.
  4. Toss in ice cubes, blend again until frothy.
  5. Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary before pouring into glasses.
  6. Serve chilled, garnished with mint leaves or extra cardamom if desired.
