- Β½ cup milk (whole or almond)
- 1β2 tablespoons honey or sugar
- ΒΌ teaspoon cardamom powder
- 3β4 ice cubes
Instructions
- Peel and chop the mangoes into small chunks.
- In a blender, combine the chopped mangoes, yogurt, and milk. Blend until smooth.
- Add honey or sugar to taste and sprinkle in cardamom powder.
- Toss in ice cubes, blend again until frothy.
- Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary before pouring into glasses.
- Serve chilled, garnished with mint leaves or extra cardamom if desired.
