  • 4 hoagie rolls
  • 8 oz provolone cheese, sliced

  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Slice ribeye steak against the grain into thin strips.
