Instructions

  2. Sauté garlic: In a skillet over medium heat, heat olive oil. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Add lemon juice & zest: Stir in lemon juice and zest into the skillet, mixing well.
  4. Toss pasta in sauce: Add drained pasta to the skillet, tossing it with the lemon-garlic mixture until evenly coated. If desired, add reserved pasta water for creaminess.
  5. Season & serve: Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper. Plate with grated Parmesan cheese and fresh herbs on top.
