  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup English Cucumber, diced
  • ½ cup Kalamata Olives, pitted
  • ½ cup Feta Cheese, crumbled
  • ¼ cup Red Onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp Lemon Juice (freshly squeezed)
  • 3 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Instructions

  1. Rinse the romaine lettuce under cold water and dry thoroughly. Chop into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Halve the cherry tomatoes and dice the cucumber.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the romaine lettuce, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, Kalamata olives, feta cheese, and red onion.
